Q: What are your days of operation?

Bookings by appointment only available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm.
After-hours are subject to approval.

Q: Are pets allowed at the home?

If pets are necessary for your photoshoot, please contact & discuss with the owner prior.

Q: Where are you located and is parking available?

We are located at 5th Avenue Mt Lawley.

There are 3 parking spots available on the grass and front driveway.

For additional vehicles free parking is available at Shearn Park.

Q: What additional services do we offer?

Catering, makeup and floral displays.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to booking date will incur a 50% charge.

Q: What can the home be used for?

Photoshoots, videos, TV commercials, branded photography, product photography, content creation and wedding morning venue/getting ready venue.

Q: What areas of the home can be accessed?

Front garden, hallway, beauty salon, main bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining area and back garden.

Q: Will the owner of the home be present at the shoot?

The owner reserves the right to be at the premise the entire duration of the booking.

Q: Is there a dressing room?

We have a dressing room available to hang your garments for your shoot and to change in a comfortable and private manner.
This is also one of the spaces available to shoot.
