Terms & Conditions

  • Public Liability insurance up to $10,000,000 is required for your booking.

  • Full payment to be made 7 days prior to booking date.

  • Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to booking date will incur a 50% charge. In the event of a government mandated COVID lockdown, all efforts will be made to reschedule. Should it not be possible, a full refund will be made. 

  • Given the current situation with Covid, if you or your team are feeling unwell we kindly ask you to reschedule your booking.

  • Heritage on 5th is to be left in the same state as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning may incur extra costs. 

  • If pets are necessary for your photoshoot, please contact & discuss with the owner.

  • No parties or events (unless agreed prior with the owner) 

  • Smoking is only permitted externally. 

  • The owner reserves the right to be at the premise the entire duration of the booking. 

  • As Heritage on 5th is a family home, we allow a 15minute buffer from when your photoshoot is completed. Fees may apply if this time allocation is exceeded.

  • 3 parking spots available at Heritage on 5th.
