Terms & Conditions
Public Liability insurance up to $10,000,000 is required for your booking.
Full payment to be made 7 days prior to booking date.
Cancellations made less than 48hrs prior to booking date will incur a 50% charge. In the event of a government mandated COVID lockdown, all efforts will be made to reschedule. Should it not be possible, a full refund will be made.
Given the current situation with Covid, if you or your team are feeling unwell we kindly ask you to reschedule your booking.
Heritage on 5th is to be left in the same state as it was upon arrival. Any damage or cleaning may incur extra costs.
If pets are necessary for your photoshoot, please contact & discuss with the owner.
No parties or events (unless agreed prior with the owner)
Smoking is only permitted externally.
The owner reserves the right to be at the premise the entire duration of the booking.
As Heritage on 5th is a family home, we allow a 15minute buffer from when your photoshoot is completed. Fees may apply if this time allocation is exceeded.
